EvolvLabs sells software, not hours. When Exolvra or DaycareLogix needs to match the way your organization already works, we do the fitting ourselves: deployment on your infrastructure, integration with the systems you run, workflow configuration, and the security documentation your reviewers ask for. Same standard as the products, published where anyone can read it.
What implementation covers
Every item here is work we already do for our own products in production. You are not paying us to learn your problem on your project.
Exolvra is self-hosted by design. We install it on your servers or your cloud account, single-tenant, air-gapped if you need it, with your model providers and your keys. For DaycareLogix, we onboard your centers, rooms, and staff so day one is a normal day.
Exolvra ships as one binary that runs anywhere .NET runs. DaycareLogix runs in production today for childcare centers and adult day programs.
Agents that match your process instead of a generic one: the roles on your board, the tools each agent may touch, the approval doors a human has to open, and the guardrails that send work back until it passes. When a workflow needs a guardrail or skill that does not exist yet, we build it into the product.
This is the same configuration surface behind our own deployments, including the guardrails that sit between agents and production.
Exolvra connects to the systems your team already runs: repositories, issue trackers, chat channels, and any REST API with a spec. DaycareLogix takes enrollment, attendance, and billing history out of spreadsheets and legacy systems without losing the records an auditor will ask for.
Your procurement team will send a questionnaire. We answer it with you, from documentation that already exists, and we help you place our products inside your own compliance story.
We publish trust documentation for our products, completed CAIQ and AI-CAIQ self-assessments, and hold listings on the Cloud Security Alliance STAR Registry.
The products we implement
We are a product company. Implementation exists so the products fit; it is not a separate business, and we do not take on general custom development.
A live operations platform handling enrollment, attendance, care documentation, CACFP meal counts, billing, and payroll on a single participant record. Audit-ready by design.
A self-hosted platform that runs AI agents against real tools and integrations, with guardrails and human review standing between the agents and anything that matters.

How we work
Before anything is installed, we get specific about what governs you: the regulations, the audits you have to survive, the questions your buyers ask, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Access rules, tenant boundaries, approval doors, and audit trails are set before anyone touches a workflow. Retrofitting them later is where implementations go over budget.
A running deployment in front of you on a regular cadence, not a long silence followed by a reveal. You see how it fits early enough to change direction while changing direction is still cheap.
Documentation, configuration notes, and the security posture written down. On your infrastructure and your accounts, whether we keep working together or not.
